Special Purposes

Special Purpose refers to one of the purposes defined for the processing of data, including users' personal data, by the participants in the Framework, which are defined in the Policies or Specifications. For these purposes, vendors declare a Legal Basis in the GVL, and the user is not given a choice by a CMP.
