October 2026​

🚀 New Feature​

  • Vendor descriptions in every language Vendor descriptions can now be written for each language of your web space: pick the language above the description field when adding or editing a vendor. Privacy and cookie policies show each description in the policy's own language. Descriptions in English and Italian are already filled in for most vendors in the Avacy catalog.

  • Automatic language detection for embedded policies The "Add to your site" window has a new "Auto-detect language" option, available when your web space has more than one published language. When it's on, the embedded policy follows the language of the page it's shown on, so you no longer need a separate snippet for each language.

✨ Improvements​

  • One-tag HTML snippet for every web space The HTML snippet in the banner integration page is now a single tag for every web space. If you install it now, you won't need to change it when you move to the new cookie banner. Sites with the previous three-tag snippet keep working as they are.

  • Team name in invoice emails The email sent when a new invoice is created now names the team it refers to.

🐛 BugFix​

  • Panel language for vendor purposes IAB and Google Consent Mode purpose names, and other texts coming from the server, now follow the language you chose in the panel instead of your browser's language.

  • 3D Secure on plan changes When your bank asks for 3D Secure verification during an upgrade or downgrade, you are now taken to the verification page instead of getting an error, and your current plan stays active until the payment is confirmed.

  • Cookie banner after switching to Free Fixed an issue where the cookie banner could stay offline after moving to the Free plan from a subscription that was already canceled.

  • Automatic scans on Enterprise plans The automatic scan schedule chosen in the setup wizard is now saved correctly for Enterprise teams, and the periodic scans toggle no longer gets stuck when you reopen its window.

  • "New" scan results The "new" badge and the "new" filter on scan results now use the same criteria, so they always show the same items.

  • Empty cookie and vendor lists Fixed the cookie and vendor lists showing up empty after you deleted every item on the last page.

  • Banner editor when the CDN is unreachable If the banner configuration can't be loaded, the editor now retries and then shows a message with a "Reload" button instead of getting stuck.

  • Login and registration pages while signed in Opening the login or registration page while already signed in now takes you to the home page instead of a "page not found" error.

  • Refreshed form and button styling Updated the visual style of input fields, checkboxes, toggles and buttons across the app for a more consistent look and feel.

  • Duplicate teams in the switch list Fixed an issue where your team could sometimes appear twice when switching between teams.

  • Enterprise scan limit badge Fixed the scan limit badge showing a placeholder value instead of your real configured limit on Enterprise plans.

  • Vendors list Fixed the vendors list occasionally failing to load, and improved loading performance on the cookie matching page.

  • Cookie banner script loading Fixed some cookie banners published before a recent update not loading their script correctly.

  • Unexpected logout when switching teams Fixed an issue where an error while accessing a team could log you out instead of recovering your session.

🚀 New Feature​

  • Cookiebot and CookieYes configuration import Existing cookie configurations from Cookiebot and CookieYes can now be imported and converted automatically, alongside the providers already supported, with faster detection during the scan.

🐛 BugFix​

  • Team switch list scrolling Fixed the "switch team" screen shown when a web space can't be found: if your account belongs to many teams, the list now scrolls on its own while the title and instructions stay visible. Previously, with a long list, the top of the page could become unreachable.

  • 404 and team-not-found routing Fixed edge cases in the "web space/team not found" flow and restored the dedicated 404 page for routes that genuinely don't exist.

  • Checkout error on team billing setup A failed Stripe checkout session during team billing setup now shows a clear error instead of failing silently.

  • Scan-finished notification The in-app notification shown when a scan completes has been restored.

  • Data holder VAT/Tax ID selection Fixed inconsistent behavior when selecting an existing data holder's VAT/Tax ID.

  • Payment issues messaging Clearer in-app messaging and banner handling when a subscription's payment remains unresolved.

🚀 New Feature​

  • New tailored Privacy Policy (v4) A new generation of privacy policy that adapts to the type of your web space. By binding the policy to your specific web space typology, the generated document reflects the real peculiarities of your service, helping you produce a more accurate and compliant privacy policy. Existing v2/v3 policies can be upgraded to the new version through a guided path.

  • Improved guided policy creation The guided modal now ends with a summary step you can review and customize, presents data-transfer options in a tidier way (shown only when relevant), and displays clearer, more complete legal-basis texts.

  • Provider-agnostic configuration import The import of existing cookie configurations is no longer tied to a single provider: labels and texts are now generic, and a live banner preview lets you see the result before applying it.

🎨 Graphic improvements​

  • Loading states across save actions Added loading spinners on the save buttons (privacy policy and domains management) and cleaner handling of error states for a smoother, more reliable experience.

  • Privacy policy stability Fixed errors that could occur when no published policy was present and made saving more reliable, so changes can be discarded safely without losing data.

  • Consent archive can handle multiple consent sources other than plugin and API key implementations, new keys are NOT mapped as plugin or API key.

  • Fixed an issue where a primary language can be selected as secondary language and vice versa.

Fixed exit without save modal

  • Fixed non-functioning "Exit without saving" button in language management page that prevented users from discarding changes and navigating away.
