Vendors

Vendor refers to a company involved in delivering digital advertising within a website, app, or other digital content of a Publisher, insofar as the company does not act as a Publisher or CMP, and that accesses an end user's device or processes the personal data of end users visiting the Publisher's content and adheres to the Policies. A Vendor can be considered, under the GDPR, a Controller, a Processor, or both, depending on the specific circumstances.
